If people could post their betleH arrivals here as well as the tourney, I will include them in the final archive that gets posted here and on the BFKC ship forums.
ON:
The evaluations were done and now it was just a matter of getting a few last reports in and filed. Satian had just sent the notice that contact with Serenity had been established and the ship would be docking in a few minutes.
"Ing, relieve all members of the KDB and Crazy Horse crew from any duty stations they are on except for the bridge crew. Return control to the meH'Haj department heads and remove your hooks from the computer." He looked around. Valkris had already been relieved and was gone, preparing her personal items to leave the ship. "Ing, also send a text message to the base, tell them I will come off the ship late, in about an hour. Any special arrangements for me should be handled then." K'Hare had learned that as a judge, there was usually a security escort and other special treatment waiting for him at the airlock. He saw no need to make some security officer wait on edge for an hour because he 'lost' a judge.
OFF:
OK. Everyone get off ta'pez's ship. For everyone else, the ship has the participants from the meH'Haj, Klach D'kel Brakt, the USS Crazy Horse, and the IKS D'bloq on it. After our fun ride here,
I wonder how we are going to get back to KDB because we aren't taking the meH'Haj!

Satian had just got the confermation that hard dock had been recived and was waiting for a member of the command crew to relive him from duity, he had no doughjt that Starfire would first find out where there querters were and then plan to make his life a living hell. she was good at that.
the Comms Officer turn from his station and faced Satian.
Sir I have a message for you from KDB, It is about your Ship.
Satian: put it on.
The klingon engineer for Crazy Horse's upgrades came on the big screen.
Capt. Satian, refit is moving faster then expected due to this asstance of your engineering crew, we shall be compleate in about 10 days. do you have a prefrence for her shakedown cruse?
Bring her to serenity and i shall take command of her here, let me know when you leave KDB, Satian out.
as the screen went blank Satian insured that the docking and station suport procedures were well underway, he also started to release his computer contol to the ships crew and finish his final eval on the bridge crew

Ness had been back in his quarters, when the new programs he had placed in the computer under Tucker's name detected their arrival at Serenity. Ness picked up two isolinear chips and placed them inside his uniform. Then he walked to the airlock and stepped up to the security checkpoint.
Almost at the same time, Taj'vl left the guest quarters he had been assigned on the meH'Haj, and went to the airlock.
OFF: Just getting them both over for now.
EDIT: How stupid do I get.... Ness doesn't need his bat'leth, he's an Attendee this year!

Valkris had received the message that they were about to dock and that they were to leave the ship as soon as they were docked, she returned to her quarters and packed her few things and picking up the case that she had brought with her but as yet had not opened since she had taken her Mothers Daqtagh out of it, it contained all of her mothers posetions including her armor and bet'letH amoungst other things.
She put the case back down opened it and took out the bet'letH she had already made an enemy of the man she loved by wearing the Dartagh so as far as she was concerned it would make no difference to use her bet'letH now it also carried the same symbol for some reason.
Having resealed the case and shouldered the weapon she left the quarters and headed for the Airlock so that she could get off this ship and away from those on it for a short while.
Once the airlock opened she followed the others off the ship and waited her turn at the security check point.

Q'olavraH was still drunk. She was staying that way mostly because of the pain in her side. News had been passed on to K'Hare and she assumed to K'rahl about the assassin, and now she only hoped she would be left alone to win the tournament this year.
This was her year. And if it wasn't, well there was still the chance to drink a lot and see people she hadn't seen for a year or more.
As soon as she was on base she would check on the children. There would be a message waiting for her from them, and then she would be able to rest a bit and fight well.
She fell in with a group of others who were getting ready to load onto a shuttle to the base.

Tucker was back in his quarters after a heated talk with G'trell and the use of a borrowed bat'leth to prove his skill with the blade , The message came that they had docked and that the ship was being returned to her commander
He was glad to get off this ship, It was a nice ship but his ride was not too pleasant having spent most of the time hunting
With one bag over his shoulder and his bat'leth in an alumunanum flight case Tucker made for the security check point
He was not worried since he had nothing to hide, He places both items on the comveyor belt which passed them under a scanner, then he in turn walks through a walk through scanner
Once through the checkpoint he would have to find the captain and give him the report on his log in being hijacked, the hijacker had placed two programs into the system under his name , The last thing Tucker wanted was the Klingon empire chasing him down

Tucker was familiar with the layout of the Regula 2 station design since he had worked on such a station for a while, Serenity had some diffrences but at least it was easy to find the guest quarters
Then it was off to the wall of honor and place his blade there as per competition rules
The wall of honor was an interesting site with all the different styles of blade, The different alloys reflecting the light in different ways
His blade was well made in the Klingon fashion, It was custom fitted to him and was a well balanced weapon, The metal was almost like chrome, the lights danced off of it
The tow security guards there make not of who the owner was of that blade, Tucker looks around but does not see the captain of the commander
He reitres to his quarters for some rest

Having had her bags checked Valkris was now being escourted to the wall of honor, she had been told about this tradition and that all competitors were expected to hang thier weapon here. As she walked into the area the wall was situated she could see all the differet hooks at different stages for each competitor her name was one of the farthest out as she was new and not much was known of her skill, or lack of it. Walking up to the wall she hung her mothers blade for all to see, the house symbol stood out as it had been made to look as though it's design was filled with the blood of enemy's.
This done she went in search of her quarters placed her gear on the bunk and headed for the bar.

After being relived form the bridge Satian returned to his asigned querters and as expected Starfire had already disinbarked, he changed into his black Starfleet uniform, gathered his gear and left the ship. it had been a while since he had been on a federation starbace and was not unpleasent being a more formiliour soroundings. he found his was the rooms assigned to him and again was not suprised to see that his wife had been and gone, after placing his jump bag in the closet he then found the wall of honor and placed his bat'leth on the pegs asigned, the green in the blade standing out in stark contrast to the other blades. From the list of other in the tourney and the houses involved it should to be a good feild this yr. his only desire was to met Ta'paz in combat. his skill in the tournemts were well known and to cross blades win or loss would be a glorious battle.

Mayson had worked in the Medical wing earlier. She departed the healing center and made her way to her quarters. Showering and changing into her black uniform she went to the shuttle that would take them to the Tourney.
She stood waiting quietly, reading and making some notes on some healing plant properties she had sent away for samples of.
She tuned out the chatter around her and waited in the line for the shuttle.
Soon she would be at the Tourney.
The shuttle soon arrived and docked. Mayson waited to depart the shuttle. Making her way off shuttle she then made her way towards the designated area for persons attending the Tourney.

(Sorry.. just saw the small part where you said to post both places)
After some minor buisness with some of his House members was over, toreQ had sent them on their way to the joH. For the time being qul'yIt would remain without the watchers, as much as toreQ distasted it. He just hopped that he wouldn't come to regreat it.
However that buisness was done for now, and he had a Tourney to go to... the experienced weHwI' warrior now moved along, enough excitement running threw him that the limp in his leg was almost non-existant. On his back he carrie dhis batletH, wrapped in fur. He exited the meH'Haj to meet up with one of the officers who accompanied the combatants to take their blade to the wall...

Veska was relieved they had managed to make the rest of the trip to Serenity with out any more fights. As she gathered her things though, she couldn’t help but wonder what they had gotten themselves into. Veska was pretty sure this wasn’t what Kal’Dar had had in mind when he wanted her to attend the tourney. If qul’yIt’s grim predictions were true, Veska may get her turn at using her bat’leth even if she wasn’t competing.
Yeah, she had brought hers, even if she was just an attendee. One of the few things she had from her father. Besides her ridges and blood, it had been the main instigator in finding and embracing her Klingon roots. While she wasn’t hanging it on the wall that she heard others mention, and what seemed to be where the crowds were migrating too, she didn’t doubt it would fit among them. Perhaps next year she would hang her blade for all to see.
She finished packing her medical supplies. A combination of Federation and Klingon items, she was ready. Her time in the Federation had given her a slight bent in that direction for preferences to treat, but she had also brought plenty of ‘the stinky stuff’ as she remembered first calling it, when she was more Klingon by appearance then truly appreciating the blood that ran in her veins. The various herbs and pastes that worked just as well as the Federation technology, just not as fast, and were intended to heal, but leave the marks of honor…or disgrace… behind. She would probably need to check in at the medical facilities of the base. Just to make sure that they wouldn’t have any problems doing emergency response if it was necessary
The number of Klingons at the tourney, but it being a Federation station... It would no doubt give her (and any Federation Doctor) headaches should a situation come up that was a life or death moment. She might get into some interesting discussions about that with other medical staff should the opportunity come up.
Slinging all of her stuff over her shoulders, including her blade in its custom holder, she set off for the base. No doubt she would find Von and qul’yIt or they would find her before too long. They couldn't seem to stay apart from each other for long.

OFF: Better late than never...
ON:
After having become used to the thick air of Klingon stations and ships in such a short time,
Serenity
was certainly living up to her name as far as the air went. Once the initial blast of Starfleet freshness was over though, the bustle of the incoming crews distracted Hunter from any thoughts he may have had about clean air.
To his surprise, most people he saw weren’t carrying a weapon, and those with either a naked blade or shoulder hoisted sheath were easy to mark out amongst the crowd. His own blade felt heavy as he carried it on his back – it was a loaned gift from one of many drunken warriors he had met in the
Klach D’Kel Brakt
bar. It was designed for shorter arms than his and so was slightly stubbier than he had become used to whilst training aboard the station, but it was a good weight and he felt comfortable using it, insofar as he hadn’t injured himself in the six days since receiving it.
The ex-marine hadn’t attended the tournament expecting to win, and wouldn’t be surprised with a first-round knockout, but competition was addictive and only real combat gave a better rush. With a lack of invading Cardassians, Hunter had decided that the tournament was a good enough reason to travel to the station.
That, and
Serenity
’s bar was known for its wide stock of Earth drinks.
