frankly i think since it's a klingon event i would say that it needs to be on a klingon background - last years BF Tourney was more succesful because it was a klingon event in a klingon location - a fed colony setting would take away a lot from it.

Besides, even though the betleH tourney is a Klingon themed tourney, it shouldn't preculde non-Klingon sims from hosting it as the purpose of the tourney is to bring BF members together and not segregate them.

indeed - it is a klingon themed tourney - however i think the higher goal of this tourney would be for those BF players to deepen their knoledge of the Klingon society - something that can be done in a klingon setting - i think the KDB base is perfect for it and that frankly anything else - including the meH'Haj is not as good of a setting.
